Life Coach for Women Over 40 Who Have Built Good Lives, and Still Feel Something Is Missing
This Is for You If…
You built a life you’re proud of and have been there for the people who count on you. So why are you still searching for more fulfillment?
You don’t need to do more.
You need to make room for what you want now
You’ve always been the one who figures things out.
You keep things running smoothly. You make the appointments, manage the household, solve problems, and make sure the people around you have what they need.
You’re successful at work and good at what you do, but you’re tired of always having to keep everything running. You want to step back a little without feeling like everything will fall apart.
You have a good life and know you have a lot to be grateful for. So why do you sometimes feel guilty for wanting something more, or something different?
When it comes to yourself, things aren’t always so clear.
You may make a decision and second-guess it later. The things you want somehow keep getting pushed aside by everything else that needs your attention. You spend so much time thinking about everyone else’s needs that you may find yourself wondering, What do I need?
And you’re ready for that to change now.
Most of all, you want to know what you want—and give yourself permission to go after it.
Many women have felt this way for a long time without quite knowing how to put it into words.
If any of this sounds familiar, I understand.
Are you ready for something to change?
What We’ll Work on Together
I approach our time together with care and curiosity. You don’t need all the answers or to figure anything out before we meet. Our conversations give you space to talk openly, think things through, and focus on what matters most to you.
Together, we’ll explore what you want, what may be getting in the way, and what can help you move forward.
Redefine what you want now
We’ll take a closer look at what matters to you at this point in your life, not what you should want or what others expect, but what feels important to you.
Reconnect with yourself
We’ll focus on your needs and interests, help you hear your own voice more clearly, and begin to trust yourself and your decisions.
Recognize how far you’ve come
We’ll look at the strengths, experiences, and accomplishments you may have overlooked or dismissed and build on what you already know about yourself.
Create what comes next
We’ll turn what you discover into meaningful goals and realistic steps, so you can begin taking action toward what you want.
Hi, I’m Manal,
I’m a certified life coach, author, and artist who works with women over 40 who are ready to make more room for themselves and what they want in their lives.
I understand many of the women I work with because I’ve been there, too.
Like many women, I’ve had many roles in my life: wife, mother of three, daughter of aging parents, corporate professional, business owner, friend, and mentor. For years, I balanced building a career, raising a family, caring for the people I loved, and doing what needed to be done.
I have a good life. I’m proud of what I’ve built and deeply grateful for the people in it. But at some point, I realized I had spent so much time thinking about what everyone else needed that I had stopped asking myself a very simple question:
What do I want?
I didn’t need a different life. I needed to make room for myself in the life I already had.
That realization eventually led me to coaching and to work I genuinely love. It also taught me something I bring to every woman I work with: wanting something for yourself doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful for what you already have.
Sometimes it simply means you’re ready to listen to yourself again.
Today, that’s what I help women do: get clearer about what they want, trust themselves more, and begin taking meaningful steps toward a future that makes them happy.
When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me painting, practicing yoga, taking a spin class, cooking authentic Egyptian food, or simply enjoying a good book.

Your Questions, Answered

Therapy and coaching can both offer valuable support, but they serve different purposes. Therapy is provided by licensed mental health professionals and can diagnose and treat mental health conditions, address trauma, and support emotional and psychological healing.
Coaching focuses on what’s happening in your life now, what you want to be different, and what may be getting in the way. From there, we work together to help you make decisions and take meaningful steps forward. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Life coaching may be a good fit if you’re looking for greater clarity, navigating a change, questioning what you want, or working toward something specific, and you would like support along the way.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be open to exploring what you want and taking an active role in creating change.

During our complimentary Discovery Call, we’ll talk about what you’d like support with and which option makes the most sense for you.

Not at all. Some clients come to coaching with a very clear goal; others simply know they want something to change but aren’t sure what that looks like yet. We can start there. You don’t need to have it figured out before we begin.
-
Each session starts with what matters most to you that day. It may be something that happened during the week, a decision you’re thinking through, or simply something that’s been on your mind. There’s nothing you need to prepare.
I’ll listen closely, ask questions, offer perspective, and sometimes gently challenge your thinking to help you see things differently. I won’t tell you what to do or who you should become. My role is to create a safe space where you can hear your own voice more clearly, recognize your strengths, and decide what feels right for you.
Sometimes our conversation may uncover something you weren’t aware of and want to explore more deeply. Wherever the conversation leads, we’ll keep the focus on what feels most important to you
-
Once we decide to work together, you’ll have access to my online calendar to schedule your sessions. I recommend choosing a time when you’ll have privacy and can speak freely without distractions.
If you need to reschedule, you can choose another available time through my calendar. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. For your safety, coaching sessions cannot take place while you’re driving.
-
Toward the end of our 12 weeks, we’ll reflect on where you started, what you’ve discovered, and where you are now. You may feel ready to continue on your own, want more time to explore something further, or decide to pause and put what you’ve learned into practice. There’s no expectation that you continue coaching; we’ll talk about what feels right for you.
